is a preliminary draft for a pitch we did in Lightwave 7.5 for "Ogilvy Interactive".

The goal was a symbolic representation of IBMs pServer: A car so versatile it can drive, swim, fly, use different power sources and is able to be large or small, carry weight or many people etc. - whatever you need your server for.

If you move your mouse over the images, you can see the chassis. The steering and suspension are fully animateable.

The wheels can be turned 90° so they can be used as propellers when the car drives through water.

A special render technique has been used to get the painterly shadows.

Please keep in mind that this is not the finished final product! The empty area at the rear was planned to have a jet engine. We were planing wings, solar cells and lots of other stuff... :-)
